Intended usage

    The BT-S1003 blood glucose monitoring system is intended to be used for the quantitative measurement of glucose in fresh capillary whole blood.the  BT-S1003 system is intended for use outside the body by people with diabetes at home and by healthcare professionals in a clinical setting as an aid to monitor the effectiveness of diabetes control.It should NOT be used for the diagnosis of diabetes or for testing newborns.

Testing Principle

    Glucose in the blood sample mixes with special chemicals in the test strip and a small electric current is produced. The strength of this current changes with the amount of glucose in the blood sample.your meter could measure the current, calculate your blood glucose level,display the result ,and store it in its memory.

Important information

    Severe dehydration reculting from excessive water loss may false low results,if you believe you are suffering from severe dehydration,consults a healthcare perofessional immediately.

    If you get results below 3.9mmol/L or above 13.3mmol/L,and donot have symptoms,first repeat the test .if you have symptoms or continue to get results that fall below 3.9mmol/L or above 13.3mmol/L,follow the treatment advice of your heathcare professional.
