1.What  is the step of processing chestnuts(3 kinds---fresh chestnuts, frozen chestnuts, sacked chestnuts       and we now also have drink in trial production).

a.  fresh chestnuts  (we get them by purchasing from the local farmers).

b. pick out fresh chestnuts looking good and meeting the size standard.

c. fry them

d. peel them and we get the peeled chestnuts

e. clean

f. divide them into A/B level

g. freeze them  (here we get the  frozen chestnuts )

h. using metal sounding set to detect if there is any over standard of heavy metal elements.

i. put peeled chestnut in packages (many different kinds of small bags with dates of manufacturing on it printed by code-spurting machine).

j. fill the small bags with nitrogen using advanced vacuum sufficient nitrogen packaging machine

k. seal the small bags and steam them in advanced high temperature sterilization equipment.

It depends on which kind of chestnuts you will choose.

In exporting, we generally pack fresh ones with gunny bags,frozen chestnuts with nylon bags and sacked chestnuts with small bags.
