VINEYARD:
The vineyard of the Domain Dozon is localized in Ligré in the south of Chinon appellation. Laure Dozon is the wine growers' 5th generation on a domain of 24 ha consisted for the greater part of old vines (+40 years). Its terroir is argilo-calcareous and this cuvee is made respecting the TERRA VITIS process.

TASTING NOTES:
Colour: cherry with Raspberry reflects
Nose: Flavours of small black fruits and some spices as the pepper
Palate: balanced with a beautiful concentration and delicacy

Drink between three and eight years. Better to decant it in order to improve the oxygenation.
