This chocolate moulding machine includes mould heater, depositor, vibrating, cooling tunnel and discharging conveyor of products.
It can produce two colors of chocolates, mixing with nut pieces, and chocolate with nut if complete nuts are put into the cavities of chocolate mould in advance, but the nuts will be in the edge of chocolates..
The length of the depositing line is 13750mm and the discharging conveyor is 2000mm, so the total length is 15750mm. The compressor unit is put on the top or beside of cooling tunnel and it is 15HP water-cooled. It needs one 10 ton/hour of water tower.
The inverters are Siemens, cylinders are Airtac, eletric components are Schneider except the temperature controller is Omron, the main motor is SEW, but gearbox and other motors are the famous brands of China.
The sizes of chocolate moulds are 280*200*30mm with rings. 300pcs of chocolate moulds. The speed is 8-12 moulds/minute.
The cooling tunnel is 8 layers and the cooling time of chocolates in the cooling tunnel is about 30 minutes.
