CO2AA - CO2 Analogic Automatic Shaker is a special instrument which is for calculating the carbon dioxide content in the filled beverage in glass/PET bottles and cans. The simple operation which also guarantees high reproducibility makes it become a significant equipment of quality control in the beverage industry.
Operation:
-Putting the sample drink in the protection drum
-Piercing the sample
-Start the rotation
-Obtain the temperature & pressure after shaking
-The carbon dioxide content is calculated from the temperature/pressure relationship charts which is offered along with this instrument.
The even rotation of sample provides optimum release of the dissolved carbon dioxide and it’s also the basis for the excellent reproducibility of the accurate measurement results.
