This is the vitamin c crystal coated with a thin film of medicine class high polymer.the film is either aqueous high polymer or lipolytic high polymer.Observed under intensified microscope, most of the vitamin c crystals are coated.Because of the film protection,the anti-oxidation ability of the product is stronger than those without films and has a better performance for moisture resistance.
