    Once the Coconut is cut, the coconut pulp is removed and the outsides and insides are well polished, washed and treated, so that the smell is neutralized. The shells are then segregated according to their volumes. They are dipped in 4% food-grade Chlorine solution and once again washed in fresh clean water.

 

The shells are dried naturally and they are packed. Once processing is over the coconut shells are extremely clean and hygienic. The shells are free of any pulp, dust or smell.
