Varieties:
Pure Arabica, Pure Robusta, Arabica/Robusta blends
The ARABICA coffee is the most aromatic and the most complex-it varies from one source to another.
The ROBUSTA coffee is more full-bodied and rustic and is also cheaper.

Colombia, Brazil, Kenya, Venezuela, etc.
Recipes:
Espresso, Cappuccino, Mocha, Latte Macchiato
Using the liquid form has the advantage of easy handling and fast solubility, allowing optimal dispersion in the finished product.
There are different solubilities to adapt to each type of use:
water and milk soluble for beverage and dairy applications,
fat soluble for high-fat systems in chocolate and bakery.
