The shells of peanuts materials are broken by the rubbing force between the rotating rotor and the arcuate grid frames, and drop down together with the peanuts kernels, when they pass through the wind channel, the shells are blow out of the machine, the peanut kernels will be collected and the small amount of unshelled peanuts will move up along the sieve surface into the back roller by the lifting device, they will have another shelling process, such circularly shelling process can make all of peanuts shelled.
