Due to the extremely high fruit content a characteristic flavour is guaranteed. The best condition for the application in many different delicious chocolates and confectioneries.
Our granulates are absolutely free-flowing. Therefore they will work without any difficulties in industrial applications. Granulates are the optimal base for chocolate- and yoghurt-drags.
