1. MAIN FRAME
1) dimension: 6746×950×2100mm, insulated by double layers, thickness of inner layer which made of stainless steel is 4 mm , thickness of outer is 1mm, thickness of Conveyor frame is 3mm, thickness of upper cover is 1.5mm.
2) belt width is 400mm, and equipped with anti-floating belt, there is Teflon plate at the inlet, the length of plate is 1500mm.
3) Main length of machine is 5200mm, frying speed is variable and can be adjusted between 5 to 12 minutes.
4) there is a system scraping slag which can fulfill continuous and synchronized scraping during frying, slag can be discharged at any time.
5) there are smoke vent at inlet and outlet, and smoke pipe will be provided.
6) electrical heating with heating power 108kw.
