Main Description
This vacuum continuous boiler which consists of dosing pump, pipeline & fittings, dissolving pot, storage tank, pre-cooker is mainly used for vacuum cooking sugar to produce different candies, such as hard candy, lollipop candy, soft candy, etc. Currently, the max cooking capacity has been updated to 600kg/h.
Working Principle
Vacuum cook the pre-cooked sugar syrup pumped by pumping system to eliminate extra moisture.
