ABOUT THE PRODUCT
This product results from the partial dealcoholization of wines proceeding from Spain up to 4,2% so they are adequaty as cooking wines or for addition to sauces, etc.
It is required special caution with wine contamination during transport prior to bottling, as well as making microfiltration and shorten bulk period as much as possible.
