Health Benefits of Coriander Powder:
If consumed in smaller quantities it can be beneficial for Vata and Kapha also. Coriander also helps in cleansing the body by detoxifying it.
Coriander has a strong aroma. In powdered form, it can be consumed either independently or after mixing it with certain other Ayurvedic spices. In powdered form, Coriander is generally taken with water.
Powdered coriander mixed with powdered aniseed cure uneasiness and provide relief from high fever as well as control inflammation.
Depending on the disease, powdered coriander can be used by mixing it with a wide range of other spices such as turmeric, black pepper etc.
