Our company has 300 employees, including 12 technicians and 35 administrative staff members. We have domestic advanced production lines for Crawfish raw material screening, sorting, cooking and cooling. With the acquisition of advanced production and testing equipment, such as plate type instant freezers, boilers, metal detectors, etc., we are able to produce 1800 tons of finished crawfish per year.
We have established a laboratory to ensure the safety of export products.
Our company has set up a sound control system of food safety and sanitation. We have also formulated and announced "Food Product Safety and Quality Handbook", "Good Manufacturing Practice", "SSOP", "HACCP", "Food Preservation Plan", etc. and implemented them. In order to realize standard management, our company carries out ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004 and ISO22000:2005 systems and has obtained the certificates.
