Ingredients: potassium tartrate(40%), lactose, food starch, edible glucose, glyceryl monostearate（5%）,microcrystalline cellulose(2%).
Storage: Under normal temperature, keep in cool and dry place, avoid sunlight and avoiding damp and agglomerate, please put it into wellclosed container after opening.
Application: this product is white powder, suitable for bread, pastry.
Instruction: This product can dissolve in water and advance or add in manufacturing process directly. It is food additives, can not be eaten directly and it must be used in food processing.
Dosage: 0.3% of the total product ingredients amount.
