Cream Speading machine (Reciprocating Type) is used for spreading cream ,auto wafer layup and laminating as per the desired thickness of the wafer ,and deliverying the wafer to the belt conveyor .The equipment can help to spread automatically ,stack automatically and press automatically in order to make wafer according to different layers (3/4/5layers).Through this way ,we can produce cream layer with 3,4,5layers.
We adopt impoted frequency controler and the temperature can be controlled automatically .It is also convenient to adjust the thickness of the biscuit.The line speed of the convey belt is 3.5m~17m/mim,adjustable.
