We are a family business with deep roots in the ice cream market, four brothers who join this experience to XXI Century own concerns: ecology, homeland products, commitment to quality and innovation in the world of ice cream.

The first requirement to make a good ice cream is to seek the best ingredients. In Gael we are commited to the products of our homeland, starting with fresh milk, which is daily provided by Galician livestock farmers and which is immediately after pasteurized to preserve the essence of Galicia.

We add fresh cream and butter to obtain the texture and creaminess that distinguish us. We use high quality natural ingredients, sugar, pure chocolate and cocoa, nuts, honey, eggs, vanilla ... and jams made from Fresh Fruit and sugar that we prepare in our own facilities with the greatest care.

The large capacity of our modern facilities allows us to have flexible production, tailored to the needs of our clients so that the ice cream is always fresh without prolonged storage. This allows us to use in each case the seasonal produce at its peak.

In Gael we produce ice cream, the highest quality among the types of ice cream on the current market. Fat and protein from dairy sources only make it a healthy and highly nutritious food.

Our sorbets are fat-free, but they all contain lots of varied fresh juice.
