Cretan Myron , its content in free fatty acids never exceeds 0.5 % of oleic acid per 100 grams. Cretan Myron is superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means with cold extraction. The 90% of production of Crete is Extra Virgin Olive Oil of “ koroneik i” variety olive, the most famous olive in Greece.
