Organic/Biological Extra virgin olive oil max 0,7% acidity, ( analisys certificate from COI ) is produced from great quality olives, grown in soils fertilized with natural fertilizer, without any toxic chemical residue.
It is obtained from the first extraction cold by art-of-state equipment . The purpose of this type of agriculture is to obtain a very low acidity oil tunned with a yellow gold colour and the authentic of smell and taste of the fruit.
Our Organical extra virgin olive oil is subject to very demanding control by certification bodies , according to internationally agreed rules. The high nutrional value of olives gives the organic olive oil a great quality including its digestive characteristics and it's rich in Vitamin E . Itb also benefits bone growth and fights the aging of tissues (anti-oxidant fonction) and regulates the functioning of the circulatory system.
