INTRODUCTION
Thank you for your interest. CPO is a controlled item and the market prices are changing every minute. We are offering the price based on the market value. The PALM OIL is being processed everyday and ready to be distributed fairly globally.
Oil Palm Plantations are growing rapidly in Indonesia and still currently not enough to entertain the demand from abroad. We only entertain regular customers on first come first serve basis because it is a controlled item and the market price changes every day. It is based on friendship and trust; in order get the palm oils.
Factory Factory Factory Trading Agent
Palm oil producer will only accept full payment before delivery. The trading company will be looking for agents to collect oils from factories and send to them. We are the representative agent that collect oils from factory and distribute it to local trading companies. Then, we will get commission from the trading companies.
PURCHASING PROCEDURE
There are 2 options to get factory price for palm oils. (You can send a representative to buy our palm oil)
Option 1: Rent a Tank near the port in Belawan, Sumatera, Indonesia and send a representative to check the quality before we pump into the tank. Normally, it is for huge quantity. We will refill the tank whenever we receive your call and payments.
Option 2: By container, for your safety, you may check the quality before we send to shipping. One container of 20’ Container = 18MT.
* If you are dealing with trading company, they will offer you the price much higher and this doesn’t guarantee that they will have enough oils in their tank or they are willing to deal with you.
For example: (Buyer asking for the below requirements)
Situation: “The oil will go to Genova Italy. they need 5000 MT spot deal. If deal will go through then will take 10000 every month. the oil should be of good quality. Please s quote cifc2% genova Italy price. LC at sight will be given from Dubai or Italy.”
Reality: 5000MT of palm oils = it needs a collaboration from few factories in order to supply the amount. 10000MT monthly = No contract can be done because of the supply ability of one factory cannot guarantee they can produce the amount. Furthermore, maybe their oils already have buyer. In this case, they need a Trading Company to act as a middleman for those factories and collect oils from all of them. In this case, International companies must do trade with this trading company and the price will be a lot higher. Plus, there still need to ask from agents to get the oils. Why don’t you send yourself or representative to buy directly from agents? The agents can give you the cheaper price and you pay them the commission.
QUALITY
We have classified the CPO into 3 Grades (1, 2 and 3). The price is negotiable for Grade 2 and 3. The price for grade 1 is based on the market value. If you only interested in dealing with agent, we may discuss further the procedure in more details. You may send us your requirement for the palm oils and let us know what the purpose for the purchase is. For example, you need the oils to produce Biodiesel. Then, we will recommend you the correct requirement of the grades.
QUANTITY
You can order bulk orders of 100 tonnes of palm oil at first, to try out our supply ability. We can arrange and get palm oils from over 20 factories in Indonesia.
PAYMENT
You only pay us during the handover or by bank’s T/T. If you are asking me for L/C, sorry we don’t waste everybody’s time and we don’t accept L/C payment because we are not the trading company. We are the agent that helps Trading Companies to get factory price for palm oils. We only get commission from the transaction. If you are asking for L/C, we need to pay for the factories first, so, we will not do that.
DELIVERY
We are not responsible for anything during the shipping period. We do FOB only. If you want to get insured for shipping, we may introduce the shipping company for you.
