PROCEDURE:

1. The buyer issues ICPO with soft probe authorization in favor of the seller, the seller issues FCO, the buyer signs/seals it and returns back.
2. The parties exchange draft contract and L/C, make corrections if necessary.
3. The parties sign the contract.
4. The buyer opens NON operative LC against 2% PB
5. The seller prepares product ready to Lift (FOB) or cargo and shipment process asper contract terms.
