♦ How to make soup "Curry ramen soup (AB-221) "
1. Put the lard in a heated wok. 2. Prepare bean sprouts and onions on a plate. 3. Cook bean sprouts and onions on high heat. 4. Pour 360ml of heated chicken soup stock into the wok. 5. Pour 30ml of Curry Ramen soup into the wok. 6. Stir to keep smooth and free of lumps. 7. Cook it until thick. 8. Pour soup into the bowl. 9. Cook the noodles and drain them, then place into the bowl. 10. Stir noodles with chopsticks to break them up and avoid sticking. 11. Pour Vegetables from the wok on the noodles 12. Serve with BBQ pork, menma (seasoned bamboo shoots), spring onion, boiled egg, wakame (seaweed) or corns as toppings. 10. Loosen the noodle in the soup.

1. For room temperature, lard oil in the solid formin white. Use it with boiled water at 80 dgree celucius.
2. Use 2kg of Chicken Soup Liquid for 6 to 8 litres of water.
3. Boil the chicken soup for Ramen soup.
