It has a base of extract of Paitan with added ginger, garlic and spices. A simple but rich Tonkotsu based ramen soup.

 

How to use:

√  Sipmly dilute with hot water.

√  It is a convenient pouch type.

 

1. Pour Daigomi Tonkotsu ramen soup into a ramen bowl.

2. Pour 300ml of hot water into the bowl.

3. Cook some noodles drain them then, place into the bowl.

4. Serve with BBQ pork, beansprouts , Kikurage and spring onions as toppings.
