Due to our technicians’ hardworking and breakthrough, we have become one of the first factories in China who can produce Decaffeinated tea (Decaf tea), especially Decaffeinated green tea fannings(Decaf green tea fannings) and Instant decaffeinated green tea (instant decaffeinated tea/ Decaffeinated instant green tea ).
Although tea is a very popular drink worldwide, the caffeine in tea may have some effect to some groups who are sensitive to caffeine. Furthermore, for most people, coffeine has the overall effect of increasing the rate of glycolysis and increases the amount of ATP available for muscle contraction and relaxation. In addition, caffeine may result in serious problem of insomnia for some people.
Recent years, we have made critical breakthrough, compared with regular instant green tea, the caffeine in our instant decaffeinated green tea (instant decaf green tea) is less than 0.5%, which is about 3-5% in regular green tea.
With the technology support from Zhejiang University, which is the best university
in tea research in China, we become one of the first factories producing instant decaffeinated green tea (instant decaf green tea) and decaffeinated green tea fannnings (decaf green tea fannings). In the process of producing instant decaffeinated green tea (instant decaf green tea), no chemical impregnants are used except alcohol. It’s very safe and can meet the requirements in pesticides of EU, FDA of US and Japan.
