Inspect raw material garlic bulb from farmers.CCP1.

Cut garlic root by hands

Remove garlic skin with air

wash garlic clove with flowing water

Sorted galic clove by color machine

Sorted again by hands

Wash garlic clove again

Cut garlic clove to garlic slice/flake,thickness about 1.8mm

Then to oven about 4 hours at 63-65 Celsius degree.Temperature can not be high to ensure garlic flakes color is milky white.

Before ship,

garlic flakes have to be sorted by color machine,then sorted by hands twice.Go through magnet.

Then go through stoning machine,sieve 4x4,X-ray,heavy metal then packed.
