Then to oven about 4 hours at 63-65 Celsius degree.Temperature can not be high to ensure garlic flakes color is milky white.
Before ship,
garlic flakes have to be sorted by color machine,then sorted by hands twice.Go through magnet.
Then go through stoning machine,sieve 4x4,X-ray,heavy metal then packed.
