Demineralized whey powder is a non-hygroscopic product manufactured from fresh liquid
cheese whey with a reduced mineral content. The powder is free flowing, cream in colour
with a clean flavour.
Product obtained by drying the partially demineralized whey concentrate from cheese
making.
