- Raw materials : Desiccated coconut is coconut meat which has been shredded or flaked and then dried to remove as much moisture as possible.
- Role of nutrition : rich in vitamins, minerals and trace elements, as well as the vast majority of proteins, is a good source of amino acids.
- Function of food : used in various Confectionery and bakery products such as cakes and toppings; it is also used in the ice cream and diary food processing industries.
- Desiccated Coconut are packed in multi-ply Kraft paper bags with inner sealed polythene liner. Standard bag sizes are 25lbs, 50lbs, 100lbs, 10kg, 25kg and 50kg. Additional outer poly propylene (PP) bags are available upon request.
- Capacity: more 100mts/ day.
