We choose better material than most of factory, more viscous then can keep cold for longer

  time. But we can supply you more reasonable and competitive price. Our goods pass the  CE.

FAQ

1. Are your products safe enough for food storage?

All of our material, HDPE, PVC, PE, Nylon and Gel, is non-toxic. We have FAD, SGS and CE report.

Some material is even edible or used as food preservative. That means they are safe enough for food storage.

2. What is your MOQ?

For ice box/ice pack

If you can accept our model, MOQ is usually 1000 piece.

If need create new model for you, it is better more than 5000 piece.

For hand warmer, hot pack, ice pack, bottle cooler ,eye mask, face mask, vest, slipper, cooling mat and hot cold pack

If common shape and simple printing, MOQ is 3000 piece.

If customized shape and complicate printing, we can accept 1000 piece trial order. But cost of printing is paid by your side.

For instant ice pack/instant hot pack:

If you can accept our common printing PE bag, but without our LOGO and information,, MOQ is 3000 piece.

If must make your own printing, MOQ is 10,000 piece.

3.Can you make color according to PANTONE Code.

Sure we can make your color according to your samples or PANTONE code.

That depends on your quantity also.

4.What is your packing?

Our common packing is each piece with a poly bag, then put into export carton. We also can supply other packing ways: color box, PVC box, poly bag with head or display box. Just according to your requirements.

5.What is your printing ?

We can make silk screen printing, offset printing, UV printing or put sticker on ice box for you. Will choose suitable printing ways for you according to your design.

6.What is your payment term?

For first time we prefer to T/T or you can choose PayPal if not a big amount.

We accept L/C according to the order quantity.

7.Can you supply free samples?

If you accept our existing model and do not need printing, we can supply 3-5 piece free samples for you.

If need your printing or your own shape, we need discuss depending on the printing or model cost.
