For hot use

It can be taken for hot-use after it stays in a  m icrowave Oven with

medium power or boiling water for 2-5 minutes ,then apply to the 

required area.

For cold use

It can be taken for cold-use after it stays in a refrigerator for more

than 2 hours ,then apply to the required areas.
