Generally called a brotform, brotformen or banneton, these bread molds are
1. used for the rising of the dough (also called proofing).
2. The basket coils and flour dusting provide a beautiful shape and decor for a traditional hearth loaf.
3. Rattan baskets are made by hand. They have imperfections that are normal in a natural, unfinished rattan product, and which enhance the look of your finished loaf.
4. Tested to comply with the general Requirements in EU Regulation on food contact materials and articles
