Rice noodles are made with wholegrain rice and rolled and cut in a Vietnamese traditional way. Similar to vermicelli noodles and glass noodles, rice noodles have a variety of shapes, but the most popular shape is a stable rectangular shape.

Vietnamese Glass Noodles are type of transparent noodles made from starch (such as mung been starch, potato starch, sweet potato starch,...)
The textile is slightly chewy, thin and cylindrical. The shape is a common long and thin strip, staple rectangular, sometimes made in variety shapes like waves, tubes.
Noodles are usually cooked with boiling water for 5-7 minutes, sometimes cooking with oil and salt added.
Noodles are often served with accompanying sauce or in a soup.
