The History of Earl Grey Tea

 

 

Charles Grey, 2nd Earl Grey was Prime Minister of Great Britain between 1830 and 1834. He was a Whig politician and had a significant role in the reform of the government and the Reform Act of 1832. In addition to his political achievements, one of his legacies is the Earl Grey blend of tea. It is thought that he received a diplomatic gift of tea that was flavored with bergamot oil. Make the perfect cup of tea (Earl Gray Flavored)

 

1.  Use fresh, cool, oxygenated water. pre-heated or hot tap water.
