Finishing chocolates products is a two step process
1) Polishing with CertiSeal 500
CertiSeal 500 is an aqueous gum based product that provides gloss, smooths the surface and provides a solvent barrier.
2) Glazing with Crystalac or Confectioner's Glaze
Confectioner's glaze enhances and protects gloss while Crystalac glazes are specially formulated to minimize tack and dry faster.
