Introduction

Our pure refined chicken oil is extracted from high quality chicken leaf fat, through high pressure extract, degumming, deacidification and vacuum distillation these stages. It has natural chicken flavor, golden yellow, smooth and mouthful taste.

Chicken Oil can not be replaced by any other plant oil in chicken flavors. The flavor of our oil can make the flavor products has strong chicken flavor. Moreover, most plant oil is short chain, unsaturated fat; as a result, it is easy to be oxidized which cause off-flavor, degrades product quality. Chicken oil has high content of saturated fat; hence, it has much longer shelf life.

Antioxidant used: Rosemary ( below 200ppm)

Application

It can be used in chicken flavor condimen t , savory flavor, Instant Noodle flavor, bouillon, meat and seafood products, Snack food and biscuit.
