Pasteurized hens egg yolks, salt
Preparation:
1 dl ~ approx. 6 egg yolks. Egg yolks with salt must be
completely thawed and shaken before use. Egg yolks with
salt can be thawed in a microwave oven. Do not re-freeze.
Thawed egg yolks with salt, which is used in recipes can
be frozen
