 Operating principle and Characteristics:

 The dryer is driven by electric energy, use the advantage of energy conservation to dehumidify and warm up. The highest temperature in the cabinet is 85 degree. The constant temperature can be adjusted by different materials. The condensation end in the host warms up the material by releasing heat, thus to evaporate the moisture of materials. The moisture would be cooled down in the host by air circulation then discharged as liquid. So circulates the work, the material dries off gradually.

The working mode: The beginning temperature in the dryer cabinet is low, the host and balancing machine activate heating up at the same time, in order to warm up the engine room fast. As soon as the temperature in the engine room reaches the setting temperature, the balancing machine stops working. As the engine room temperature exceeds the setting temperature, the balancing machine starts cooling down the temperature for dehumidification.

The dryer is in integrated design, ventilation for dehumidification is unnecessary, that is to achieve the maximum energy saving effect.

The air dryer cabinet doesn’t ventilate with the outside air, to assure the environment in the cabinet wouldn’t be effected by the outside temperature which may be moisture, cold and muddy.
