The FD-0.5 and FD-2 pilot vacuum freeze dryers are mainly used for trial testing before bigger scale production in the FD food industry. By trial operation with small amount of materials, the user can get the optimum processing curve for each product. And it also can be used for studying the theoretical data of freeze drying processes for the R&D institutions.
Comparing with big scale production equipment, the experimental freeze dryer has the same systems for the whole FD processing. At the same time, it is with bigger vacuum capacity, refrigerating capacity and heating capacity to fulfill the testing and research requirements in some specific conditions.
