Eucommia Bark:
1. Invigorate the liver and kidney, strengthen the tendons and bones: For deficiency of the liver and kidney manifested as soreness of the loin and knees, flaccidity of lower limbs, and infantile paralysis.
2. Soothe the fetus: For threatened abortion due to hypofunction of the liver and kidney.
3. Lower blood pressure: For hypertention, especially those with deficiency of the liver and kidney.
[Administration]:Decoction:9-15g; fried sample is better for hypertension.
