Brief introduction:

The experimental type sterilizer unit is a tubular sterilizer unit specially designed to obtain test data for the laboratory. Integrating heating, sterilization, cooling and heat recovery,it fully simulates the actual production situation of the workshop and truly reflects the production data for the laboratory. The sterilizer unit is provided with pasteurization, high temperature instant sterilization and ultra-high temperature sterilization, which can realize the aseptic status if equipped with aseptic canning (or aseptic sampling valve).

Applicable products:

It is applicable to fruit juice containing pulp with granules under 3mm , jam, soy milk, chocolate milk, cocomilk, condensed milk, thin cream, milk lactobacillus, beverage and other similar heat sensitive materials. It can satisfy CIP cleaning for the equipment.

The equipment is provided with touch screen and PLC programmable logic controller, which can dynamically reflect all parameters such an temperature and flow rate of products with simple and flexible operation
