"SIERRAOLIVA" extra virgin olive oil of superior category obtained directly from olives and only by means of mechanical processes which do not produce any alteration of the olive. Extra virgin olive oil obtained from the fruit of the olive tree, mainly from the Picual variety, conserving the taste, aroma and characteristics of the fruit it comes from. It is a high quality oil with a degree of acidity of around 0.4o and never reaching more than 0.8o, a product whose mother is the valley of the Natural Park of Sierra de Cazorla.
