The cooker extruder "ECI/ELI" is the first machine which is capable of making dough with the major part of cereals and legumes available on the market with a mono-process technology.
The combination and the linking together of pre-mixing systems, adequate thermal treatments and mechanical work obtained from the multi-stage compression screw, allows to obtain a dough product without utilizing binding chemicals and/or pre-treated flours. The compactness and the simplicity of management permits the extruder "ECI/ELI" to have a wide range of employment in the sector.
