It is a W/O emulsifier with an HLB value of 4.3. Our sorbitan monooleate is one of the most popular surfactants as it has various functions in the formulations of food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, textile, metal processing etc. It is commonly used in combination with polysorbate 80.
