WHITE FETA COW Cheese:
Produced under original Bulgarian technology from natural cow's milk, without preservatives, with the addition of a yeast starter of specially selected lactic acid microorganisms, by curding with rennet. The product has been applied the necessary thermal and technological processing, and has spent a certain process of ripening. It has been salted with pure crystalline bay-salt.
The cheese is packed in externally lithographed and intermally gold-varnished hermetically sealed metal packing.
The product conforms to the following indices according to TD:

Water content, % 60 max.

>> Aflatoxines M1 mg/kg not more than 0.5
>> Energy value in 100 g – 248 Kcal
Storing at temperature 0°-4°C and air humidity up to 75%. Usable up to 8 months after production date.
