1. Fish deboning machine working principle:
Fish deboning machine is equipped with a barrel with many small holes used for separating meat, and a nylon belt for squeezing fish meat, working through the mutual squeezing between the rolling barrel and the rolling nylon belt to squeeze fish meat into the barrel, and fish skin and bone are left outside and conveyed out by nylon belt.

3. Fish deboning machine operation:
1. For big fish, need to cut fish head off manually and clean, then cut the fish into two fillet(for small fish, you don't have to do it)
2. Put fillet into hopper(profile of the fillet facing the barrel, the other side close to nylon belt on the back), then fillet will be transferred into the extrusion area between barrel and nylon belt.
3. By squeezing, fish meat will be extruded into the separation barrel through small holes on the barrel, then take out fish meat from it manually, while skin and bone are off by the blade installed on the machine and left on the nylon belt and conveyed out into collection tank at the bottom.
4. The pressure between barrel and nylon belt can be adjusted by the tension device at the head of machine. The pressure differs from the size and species of fish.
