Flour brightener
Main component and appearance: The product is refined by adopting high quality material of food grade Benzoyl Peroxide(in abbreviation: BPO, content of 28% or 32%) and edible amylum. The appearance is refined white powder with favorable fluency.

The effective component in the product, Benzoyl Peroxide, effects with the moisture in flour and brings activity(O), it can oxidate the conjugate double-bone of analogized carotene in flour and eliminate the yellow, so that to improve the whiteness of flour 3 to 5 degree. Besides, the decomposed outcome have the function of sterilization and antisepsis. The flour treated with the products is white in colour and lustre with nature luster, and no any influence to baking, braising, stretch capability and taste. The content of dust and sand is very low.
