Specifications

XYLITOL, white crystalline powder, meets standard of FCC,USP and BP, certificate of Kosher,Halal,ISO,Non-GMO,HACCP and so on.

Xylitol character: white crystal or crystalline powder, sweet taste same as sucrose, easily dissolved in the water (about 160g/100ml), slightly dissolved in Ethanol and Methanol, melting point 92-96, boiling point 216 and caloric value is 16.72kj/g (same as sucrose). Absorb heat when dissolved, so it provides a pleasant, natural cooling sensation when it dissolve in the mouth. 10% Aqueous solution pH value of 5.0-7.0.
