Brown sugar, also known as brown granulated sugar, is a high-quality sugar product made from sugarcane as the primary raw material. Through processes such as extraction, clarification, evaporation, crystallization, and separation, the crystallized sugar is separated from molasses, yielding white refined sugar. Natural brown sugar is specially processed into light or dark brown colored crystalline sugar with molasses added back at the factory in precise amounts.



Brown sugar derived from natural sugarcane contains trace minerals (such as calcium, potassium, iron, and magnesium) and bioactive polyphenols due to the molasses content.
