Application

Anhydrous butter has many applications as a food ingredient.
High melting fractions of anhydrous milk fats are suitable for use in coated bakery products like croissants and chocolate confections.
In addition, higher melting fractionated Anhydrous butter are more liquid and viscous at room temperature and are suitable for baked goods, mashed potatoes and ice cream.
Anhydrous milk fat may also be combined with skim milk to produce other milk products.

Storage Handling

Anhydrous butter may be transported and stored without refrigeration. However, the storage life will depend onthe storage temperature. To maintain quality, it is recommended the product should be stored at a below 6℃,dry area away from direct sunlight. Provided the seal is unbroken and the above storage conditions are followed,the milkfat will be suitable as dairy ingredient for up to 24 months after the dated of manufacture.
