4. Physical properties: White and odorless crystalline powder; Soluble in diluted inorganic acids but insoluble in cool water. It will lose all crystal water when heated to 400℃.

6. Usage: In food industry, it can be used as nutritional supplement, anti-coagulant, PH regulator and stabilizer. It is also applicable as precipitant and grinding material in dental industry.
